About Us

About Us

At Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, there are over 3,800 of us working together to make a difference. We are the lead organisation for mental health, learning disability and autism, and integrated children's services in Coventry and Warwickshire, and have services in neighbouring Solihull. As well as our local provision, we provide highly specialist forensic and assessment and treatment inpatient services for people with a learning disability and/ or autism from across the country.

We're specialists in what we do, and we're on a journey to create a brighter future for the people we support. We put 'people at our heart'; this ethos is at the centre of everything we do and how we do it. We're proud to be award-winning for the services we provide.

We operate out of approximately 50 sites and provide inpatient, community, and day clinics, as well as specialist services, to a population of about 1 million. On average, we see 1,730 patients across our services each day and our services are rated 'Good' overall by the CQC.

We exist to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of people and communities who need our services. We work in close partnership with other agencies and the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector to tackle health inequalities and engage with communities that are underrepresented in our services.

We're realising our vision to be 'an innovative, forward-thinking teaching organisation, enabling us to provide consistently high-quality, safe and compassionate care' with aspirations to achieve University Trust status.

Alongside other Trusts, local government and the third sector, we are part of the Coventry and Warwickshire Health and Care Partnership which is designed to integrate care and better meet local health and care needs now and in the future.

Challenging inequalities in healthcare

Healthcare should be accessible to everyone, so we can all keep safe and well. We know that some people experience health inequalities that make it more difficult for them to get the care they need. We're working closely with our partners and diverse local communities to identify and tackle barriers, to ensure a brighter future for all.
