  2. Queries, compliments and complaints

    The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) deals with patients', relatives' or carers’ queries and concerns regarding their health care at CWPT, and can provide information on NHS services generally.

    Telling us your story can help us learn from the good and bad parts of your experience. If you are happy for us to publish your story, it could also help other people.
