Our annual Q Awards celebrate the outstanding individuals and teams that make up TeamCWPT.
Since 2010, we have held our annual Q Awards to celebrate our incredible people.
Anyone working or volunteering at CWPT can be nominated for a Q Award. Every year, we invite people across Coventry and Warwickshire to nominate a person or team they feel has gone the extra mile to help them or to deliver exceptional services.
The awards are held once a year and provide an opportunity for staff, service users and carers to nominate individuals, teams and volunteers who have helped improve health and wellbeing during the previous year. When nominations open, this page will be updated.
The Q Awards is always a highlight in our Trust's calendar, and it is always a privilege to read the nominations as they showcase the wonderful work our staff and volunteers do and the difference they make every day. What makes the Q Awards that extra bit special is that nominations can be made by anyone - staff, volunteers, or members of the public. This means those moments and actions that our staff and volunteers have been involved in which aren't necessarily seen by their colleagues can be properly acknowledged and celebrated!
