Through our employee assistance programme, Vivup, staff can speak in confidence to fully qualified counsellors and support specialists 24/7, 365 days a year to discuss any emotional, personal or work-related illness.

Talking to an experienced counsellor or psychotherapist can help you understand a problem, make a tough decision, try a different approach or just learn how to cope with a difficult situation.  The aim is to support you and find a solution to whatever is worrying you.

There is no limit to the number of times you can call, and everything discussed is treated in the strictest of confidence.
