I have worked within corporate roles for 30 years, my original role included recruiting district nurses. I knew, at the age of 18, I couldn't do the jobs that they did but if I could make their roles easier in any way that is what I would do. Helping develop people is a great job to have, seeing individuals reach their potential and open up opportunities to people who have a passion for providing great care. What is not to love! Of course, there is always opportunities to do more and that is just what we intend to do. I am incredibly grateful to CWPT for enabling me to develop and grow.
