Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Services

Our mental health services encompasses a full range of services for adults and older people. We work alongside people with mental health problems, and we provide a range of prevention, community, inpatient care and support services to promote good mental health and help people to improve or manage their own health. As well as supporting our patients, we support and help their carers, families and loved ones.

Our adult services provides people aged 18 years and over with compassionate and supportive mental health services. These make a positive difference to the lives of thousands of adults each year. Services are designed to help people with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism or ADHD and include access hubs for those in need of urgent care for mental health. We offer assessment and high-quality treatment for people with a variety of disorders, from anxiety and depression, to psychosis. We also provide preventative services, such as education and training to maintain positive mental health and wellbeing, and psychological therapies which support self-help as well as prevent conditions from worsening.

  3. Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team

    We provide urgent care and treatment to individuals in Coventry and Warwickshire who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Our service offers a compassionate and responsive alternative to hospital admission by delivering intensive support and treatment directly in the comfort and familiarity of patients’ own homes. This approach helps individuals remain in their communities, close to family and support networks, while receiving the care they need to recover safely.

  4. Dementia and Older People Community Mental Health Service

    Assessing people to see if they have dementia, providing post diagnostic information and other support for people who have just been given a diagnosis of dementia.
