We listen to our colleagues and inspire them to create and implement change. We have lots of routes to provide feedback that is listened to and learnt from. 

  1. Freedom to speak up If something doesn't feel right at work, our freedom to speak up guardians are there to provide a route to seek advise and raise concerns confidentially.
  2. People pulse survey The people pulse staff survey is run at different intervals throughout the year to check the ‘pulse’ of the organisation and ensure any concerns are addressed at the earliest opportunity.
  3. No Excuse for Abuse campaign No Excuse for Abuse is a Trust initiative to drive down all incidents of violence, discrimination and abuse against our staff.
  4. NHS staff survey The NHS runs the world’s biggest annual staff survey each year, giving colleagues the chance to feedback on everything to do with working in the organisation.
  5. Exec Brief Our Executive team regularly visit services and teams across the Trust for special ‘Exec Brief’ sessions which all staff are welcome to join.
