Work experience and employability 

We're passionate about inspiring the next generation of the NHS. Our work experience and employability programmes are designed to widen access to NHS opportunities and equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences to support your future career. We support people of all ages, including through our work with local schools and colleges. 

  1. Work experience We offer work experience across our services, including mental health, learning disability and autism, and children and young people's services. We also have opportunities in our corporate services too.
  2. Support for schools and colleges We work closely with schools and colleges to provide enriching and inspiring experiences that give students an insight into life in the NHS. If you work for a school or college, find out how we can support your students learning and future career.
  3. Health and Social Care Employability Academy The NHS Health and Social Care Employability Academy aims to create meaningful and accessible training and employment opportunities for people from lots of different backgrounds in Coventry and Warwickshire.
