Meet the Training Team

Our team is led by an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience of working within Learning Disability and Autism services and is supported by peer mentoring for our Experts with Lived Experience Co-trainers. All of our trainers are from Coventry and Warwickshire and have local knowledge of accessing health and social care within our local communities and links with local organisations.

Feedback has demonstrated our team provides quality training, and we believe the pastoral support and continued development we provide to our trainers is central to this. We are committed to reducing health and employment inequalities.
