  1. Allied health professionals There are 14 unique allied health professional roles, and 8 of these are at CWPT. Find out about the different roles and career pathways available right here at CWPT.
  2. Nursing, nursing associates and healthcare assistants AT CWPT, our nursing team is at the heart of patient care. You could work in a range of different settings, such as schools, inpatient wards, or with patients in their own homes.
  3. Psychological professions There are approximately 20,000 qualified psychological professionals working for NHS services in England. At CWPT, we're proud to have a growing workforce of over 600 psychological professionals.
  4. Corporate Our corporate services support both clinical and non-clinical areas. From roles in human resources, finance, IT, project management and much more, there are lots of opportunities to make a difference.
  5. Lived experience If you have lived experience of recovery following ill health or a traumatic event, you could use your unique perspective and understanding to help support and inspire others by joining our lived experience workforce.
