Our staff networks connect our communities and empower colleagues to learn from and support each other, and improve the way we do things. 

  1. Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) network

    This network brings together colleagues across the organisation who want to support and advance race equality at CWPT.
  2. Disability and wellbeing network (DaWN)

    Share experiences, seek peer to peer support, raise awareness and influence change to improve the experiences of our colleagues living with a disability.
  3. LGBTQIA+ and allies network

    Our LGBTQIA+ and allies staff network is open to colleagues across the organisation who are a part of, or an ally to, the LGBTQIA+ community.
  4. Women's network

    The women's network empowers women at CWPT to be the best they can be and provides a safe and supportive community.
  5. Menopause network

    The menopause network offers support to women who are experiencing, or think they might be experiencing, symptoms of menopause.
  6. Manager network

    The manager network is for all aspiring and current managers at CWPT.
  7. Apprenticeship network

    The apprenticeship network is for anyone who is studying an apprenticeship at CWPT up to Level 4.
