  1. COPE in-house counselling All staff have access to COPE; our in-house counselling service.
  2. Schwartz Rounds Schwartz Rounds are internationally acclaimed sessions, open to all staff and proven to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
  3. TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) is open to all staff following a traumatic incident that has taken place inside or outside of the workplace.
  4. 24/7 telephone support Speak in confidence to fully qualified counsellors and support specialists 24/7, 365 days a year.
  5. In the moment support from Vivup Access counselling or support that is provided in real-time, at the moment you need it.
  6. Recovery and Wellbeing Academy The Recovery and Wellbeing Academy offers a wide range of free educational courses and workshops for staff at CWPT.
  7. Wellbeing resources We have supportive wellbeing policies and a number of resources that can help staff and managers in the workplace.
  8. Free flu vaccination Every year staff are offered a free flu vaccination to help keep us, our loved ones, and our patients, safe.
  9. Health cash plan from BHSF Health cash plans help employees to manage the cost of everyday healthcare.
  10. Gym membership and cycle to work These are available as a salary sacrifice through our Employee Assistance Programme, Vivup.
  11. Display screen equipment - reimbursement for eye tests We reimburse the cost of optician appointments for staff who regularly use display screen equipment.
  12. Health passport Our health passport gives those with a disability or a health condition the opportunity to talk through their individual needs and any flexibility needed with their manager.
