Icon Appraisals and revalidation - medical staff only 

All medical staff (doctors) have a medical appraisal  once a year. This is protected time for you to reflect, with the support of a trained colleague, on your achievements, challenges, and the full scope of your work. 

How to access

If you are a doctor at CWPT, and would like to know more about appraisals and revalidation, visit the Trust intranet. The link is only accessible to staff logged into the Trust network.
