Our carer's passport allows those with caring responsibilities to talk through their situation and the flexibility needed with their manager. Should you move into another role the passport will go with you so there is no need for repeat conversations, unless your needs change.

How to access 

Staff can access the carer's passport, as well as a wide range of resources to support staff who are carers, on the Trust intranet. The link is only accessible to staff members logged into the Trust network.
