Flexible retirement

Depending on the scheme your benefits are included in, you may have access to a range of flexible retirement options. This allows staff to retire in a way that suits their personal circumstances and preferences, providing the service can accommodate requests. 

This may include flexibility around the age of retirement, length of time taken to retire, or the type or pattern of work leading up to retirement,. 

How to access 

If you work at CWPT and are approaching retirement, you can see the Trust's retirement policy and toolkit to support your planning on the Trust intranet. Links are only accessible to staff members logged into the Trust network.
