Flexible working
We recognise life shouldn’t be all about work. Where appropriate for the role, we can offer flexible working to support a good work-life balance.
Staff can request flexible working at anytime, and we also welcome requests from potential employees who are going through the recruitment process.
Some of our roles already offer flexibility, whereas others might have a fixed location. Where this is the case we will look at opportunities to increase flexibility in other ways such as the days worked, or the number of hours worked.
How to access
If you are applying for a role with us, you will be given the opportunity to apply for flexible working at the job offer stage of the recruitment process. If you already work for CWPT, you can fill in a flexible working application form which can be found in the flexible working toolkit on the Trust intranet. This link is only accessible to staff members logged into the Trust network.
