Free mortgage advice

Through Dunham McCarthy, staff at CWPT have access to free mortgage advice. 

DM Mortgages has a dedicated and highly experienced team of mortgage advisors who are able to provide information and support to staff on all aspects of the house buying process.  They have over 90 high street and specialist lenders on their panel, and can offer assistance and advice on residential, buy to let and remortgages, as well as raising funds from existing equity. Should any of these consultations proceed to a full application to a lender, the standard arrangement fee will be waived.

How to access 

This free service is provided remotely, either by telephone or video call, at a time to suit you, and you will have a dedicated adviser to help you complete each step from start to finish. On your first appointment you will be asked where you work, just quote Coventry and Warwickshire PT to wave any costs.
