Icon Meaningful appraisals 

All staff have an annual appraisal to develop a clear career pathway and identify the support needed to help you get where you want to go. Our appraisals are an opportunity for you to reflect, alongside your manager, on your achievements over the past year, identify any training needs, and put the support in place to help you achieve your career goals. 

How to access 

The Trust operates an appraisal window each year, which means everyone at CWPT will be invited for their appraisal over a four month period. Staff should login to the Trust's Talent Platform to fill in their appraisal ahead of meeting with their manager to help aid the discussion and give time to reflect. This link is only accessible to employees of CWPT.

  21. Appraisals and revalidation - medical staff only

    All medical staff (doctors) have a medical appraisal once a year to offer a chance to reflect.
