NHS staff survey
The NHS runs the world's biggest annual staff survey each year, giving colleagues the chance to feedback on everything to do with working in the organisation. The results are reviewed carefully and then used to improve working conditions throughout the Trust. The survey shows our enduring commitment to the goal of making the Trust a great place to work.
How to take part
The staff survey is open annually between September to November. Staff will receive an email link when the survey is open to take part. To find out more about the staff survey and how we're putting your feedback into action, visit the intranet. The link is only accessible to staff members logged into the Trust network.
