Icon   No Excuse for Abuse 

No Excuse for Abuse is a Trust initiative to drive down all incidents of violence, discrimination and abuse against our staff, and sums up the Trust's position when it comes to attacks on colleagues. Clear messaging, policies and support is intended to give staff confidence to report incidents and reassure colleagues that the organisation will support them. It is part of a comprehensive anti-violence Trust strategy that has a target of significantly reducing incidents of violence and abuse.
