The People Pulse staff survey is run at different intervals throughout the year to check the 'pulse' of the organisation and ensure any concerns from staff can be addressed at the earliest opportunity. Complementing the annual staff survey, and quick and easy to complete, it means the Trust can respond swiftly to the views and needs of colleagues all year round.

How to take part 

We'll let staff know when the People Pulse survey opens. If you would like to find out more in the meantime, visit the Trust intranet. The link is only accessible to staff members logged into the Trust network.
