Icon Quality improvement training and support

The Improvement Team provide teaching, coaching, and mentoring and staff are encouraged and empowered to have ideas and facilitate changes in their areas of work as part of our continuous improvement journey. The team are available to support staff who have an improvement idea they would like to implement, and also offer Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR-V) training. The course is open to all staff and is delivered virtually over 8 modules. At the end of the course attendees receive a certification and eight hours of continuous professional development (CPD). 

The team also offers bespoke, face-to-face training on request.

Staff can find out more about the Improvement Team and book onto QSIR-V training through the Trust intranet. Links are only accessible to staff logged into the Trust network.

    We offer apprenticeships from Level 2 (GCSE equivalent) up to Level 7 (Master’s degree equivalent) and in both clinical and non-clinical subjects.

    The apprenticeship network is for anyone who is studying an apprenticeship at CWPT up to Level 4.
  12. Functional Skills

    We can support you to obtain your Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in Functional Skills for Maths and English.
