Recovery and Wellbeing logoThe Recovery and Wellbeing Academy offers a wide range of free educational courses and workshops to anyone over the age of 18 who is living in Coventry and Warwickshire, as well as anyone working at CWPT. The academy provides the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skills to support your own mental health and wellbeing.

    Schwartz Rounds are internationally acclaimed sessions, open to all staff and proven to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
  14. TRiM (Trauma Risk Management)

    TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) is open to all staff following a traumatic incident that has taken place inside or outside of the workplace.
  15. 24/7 telephone support

    Speak in confidence to fully qualified counsellors and support specialists 24/7, 365 days a year.
  16. In the moment support from Vivup

    Access counselling or support that is provided in real-time, at the moment you need it.
