Icon   TRiM (Trauma Risk Management)  

TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) is open to all staff following a traumatic incident that has taken place inside or outside of the workplace. It is completely confidential and involves individual or group assessments from a TRiM practitioner to help identify staff who may need further support following a traumatic incident. The team can signpost to further support when necessary.

How to access 

Staff working at CWPT can make a referral by emailing trim@covwarkpt.nhs.uk. A TRiM manager will contact you following a referral and book an appointment to see you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can find out more about the team on the intranet. This link is only accessible to staff members logged into the Trust network.
