Icon  Women's network

The women's network empowers women at CWPT to be the best they can be. This is by providing a safe and supportive community of women to seek peer to peer support, with guest speakers that help women learn strategies to ask for promotions, seek fair pay, and even become mentors to others. The network meets quarterly and has extra meetings around International Women's Day. 

The networks aims to: 

  • provide a space for female colleagues to come together and support one another 
  • help identify issues and barriers in relation to policies, procedures and practices that may impact women 
  • be a buddy for women when they may need advice or support 
  • support women coming back from maternity leave if needed 
  • just be there for each other.
