Freedom of information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) gives members of the public rights to request information from public authorities such as Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. The individual right of access applies to all information held by public authorities. This page is a guide on how to access and request information from the Trust under the act.

Reuse of CWPT information
Providing access to information does not give an automatic right to re-use it. 'Re-use' can include publishing information or issuing copies to the public. When we release information to you that you have requested under the Freedom of Information Act, you may ask if you can re-use the information. Without the necessary permission, you may breach Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Charges
The Trust will aim to provide information free of charge. However, where charges do apply they will be justified and transparent. Charges may apply if a significant amount of additional work is required or an exceptional diversion of resources has to be made. If such charges apply, you will be advised of this prior to any information being disclosed.

The Trust operates a publication scheme, which is a complete guide to the information that Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust routinely publishes. The scheme is divided into seven sections, with links to guide you to where you can find the relevant information.
